NCPAC voted to not pay for the chapter websites this past week, so unless each chapter would like to take over the yearly payment which is only 19.99 for the year, the site will have to be shut down. 2011 NCPAC Conference Confirmed for Southeast Chapter Area
Congratulations Southeast Chapter area! At the latest meeting of NCPAC board held on July 21st in Asheboro, the NCPAC board members confirmed the Southeast Chapter area (Wilmington) for the 2011 Conference. Next year's 2011 conference may be a similar format as we have used the past several years, a one day conference. Check out this latest draft of the AMC bill. There are some interesting changes. Especially the start date of October 2010! Take a look at the attached link below.One thing to note is the AMCs will pay us instead of the banks, but this has been explained to us as the following:If the lender pays us directly, then the Appraisal Board will have no authority over the banks to do anything about our fees and payment.
