- I am a native to Asheville and I LOVE it here!! I have been in the appraisal business for over 15 years and I really like how this profession allows me to be outdoors and not stuck behind a desk all day. In my off time, I enjoy road and mountain biking, hiking, camping, skiing and just about anything else outdoors you can think of.
