This site was designed for appraisers who are a member of NCPAC, but are also members of the local chapter- Land of Sky Chapter of NCPAC. This is a public forum, but membership in LOSC-NCPAC will be a requirement. If you are new to our group feel free to check out our site and please attend a local meeting. Once you decide to stick around and become a member you can contact our Treasurer about 2010 dues. See page for officers for more

Sending out email updates is no longer effective with blockers and spam catchers, so this forum allows everyone to have a source for appraisal information. Trying to post the most up to date information available will be the main focus, but commentary on these items may also be helpful to you as well.
