Recent Meeting Minutes & Next Meeting

Our most recent local chapter meeting occurred on December 8 at Ryan's on Brevard Road.  See attachment for the minutes.  Our next meeting is scheduled for February 2, 2011 at Elaina's on the corner of Highway 25 and Airport Road from 11:30 am to 1 pm.  The major agenda item is a discussion of how we each determine and make our adjustments in our appraisals.  How do you make location/site adjustments when there have been no recent comparable land sales?  How do you adjust for those accessory units - the garage apartment or income-producing double-wide?  Or even simply, how do you determine the GLA adjustments in different price ranges?  This is a great opportunity.  Come prepared with your responses to these questions and/or with your own questions for discussion.  Hope to see you there!
